Tri-State Search And Rescue Inc. is a all Volunteer 501-c-3 non-profit organiztion.

Our Primary Function
Searching for Lost or Missing people in wilderness, suburban and urban environments, utilizing trained Ground Searchers that have aquired the National Association for Search And Rescue SARTECH standards, Canine and Handlers that have aquired the SARTECH standards, Equine and SARTECH riders , Off Road Vehicles and SARTECH drivers that have also taken the Off Road Vehicle SAR Safety course, and available Aircraft and pilots.
Tri-State maintains a Mobile Command Post and Incident Management Staff.

Our Secondary Function
Disaster-Emergency Services.
We can provide trained man power for severe storm clean up, shelter management, emergency communications, and logistics.

Our team members are aquiring the necessary training to participate in the
American Red Cross National Disaster Emergency Response Program.
Several of our members are already trained as Damage Assessment Team members on a local level.

Who\What is TSSAR

TSSAR is a registered 501c3 nonprofit volunteer search and rescue organization.

All of TSSAR's members maintain a level of training including at least the following: first aid\cpr, CERT (fema), ICS 100  200  700  800 and either Sartech II or III via NASAR standards.
